Why eat clean?

The real joy of clean eating is looking at a really good meal & knowing it was cooked from scratch with real, (ideally) organically grown food by local people. It’s good for your body, it’s a great education to pass onto our children, support farmers over industrial food companies and helps us look better, live longer & happier too. Food definitely affects our hormones, and our hormones control everything.

Is there a downside?

No – there really is no downside to Clean Eating. If you’re super motiviated, you can even grow your own food. This will help save money, have fun outdoors, and learn a really important skill all at the same time.
